TV Host and Dancer

Tristan MacManus is a TV and stage host, dancer and choreographer. The former Studio 10 host appears on Paramount and 10’s A-League coverage as a host and sideline reporter.

Tristan began dancing in his hometown of Bray, Ireland and was soon travelling Europe winning many juvenile, junior and amateur competitions before turning professional and representing Ireland on the global scene. After numerous world tours and a year teaching in Boston, USA, Tristan returned to Europe to join the cast of Dirty Dancing on the West End and then went on to perform in theatre productions throughout Ireland and UK.

Tristan featured in five seasons of the American Dancing With The Stars, where his celebrity partners included Gladys Knight, Pamela Anderson, Nancy Grace, Dorothy Hamill as well as the UK’s Strictly Come Dancing for two seasons with Jamelia and Jennifer Gibney. He also toured as a partner to Rachel Stevens of SClub7, Florence Henderson and Katherine Jenkins.

Featuring in productions of Burn The Floor and Mrs Brown’s Boys, Tristan relocated to Australia in 2014 with his family. Tristan and his wife feature in a Netflix documentary, MUM - Misunderstanding Of Miscarriage, where together they explore the taboo subject and conversation of miscarriage as they navigated their own journey.

A keen football fan and diehard Leeds United supporter, Tristan joined the Paramount ANZ football team to bring viewers all the sideline news on matchdays as well as Socceroos and Matildas.
